Beer Fest countdown in Cape Town

Garagista: The idea to brew pale ale was born while sipping on a huge over hopped ale in California. They saw the need for easy drinking ale with character and decided to brew their own. Garagista also brew their own cider.

Red Sky Brew: They brew a beer called Pinotale, which is a Pinotage / Red Ale wine beer hybrid. They are not afraid to push the barriers between wine and beer.

Kyle from Just Brewing Co is only 19 and started brewing at home with his dad. When it came to deciding on a career path after matric, it was between psychology and brewing. He figured beer pretty much solves any problems and makes people happy so brewing won!

The Woodcutter Saison from Red Bridge Brewing Co is made from ingredients from around SA and the world – malt from the Overberg and Germany, Hops from the Outeniqua and the Czech Republic, yeast from Belgium, coriander from India and Seville Orange from Stellenbosch.
