Counting down to the Cape Town Festival of Beer!
With just over a week to go until the Cape Town Festival of Beer, what are you looking forward to the most?The festival will be taking place at Hamilton’s Rugby Club from 28 – 30 November 2014, featuring more than 200 beers from a selection of local and international mega and micro-brewers.
We have great entertainment lined up for you! Newton and Red Lettuce will be playing on Friday. Los Taco’s, The Rockerfellas and DJ Marshall take the stage on Saturday followed by The Rivertones and DJ Marshall on Sunday.
If you are celebrating everything tasty, we have a great selection this year including Pete Goffe-Wood from Kitchen Cowboys, Black Market Sandwiches, Wicked Waffles, La Pizzeria, El Burro, Raith, Tap Room and VOD Biltong.
With some of the best breweries in the country coming together, what will you be trying first?
Our first timers include Striped Horse, Brothers in Arms, Red Bridge Brewing Co, Soweto Gold and Savage Brew. Others to look forward to are Devils Peak Brewery, Garagista, Grolsch, Black Label, CBC, Castle Milk Stout, Beer Guevara, Lakeside Breweries, Red Sky Brew, Saggy Stone, Jack Black, Woodstock Brewery, Stellenbrau and many more.
