The Ginger and Lime Food Studio will host a playful morning to feast on delectable Japanese sushi.
Learn to make all of those favourites from scratch – from Nigiri and Maki, to Fashion Sandwiches and Hand Rolls – all using the finest fresh ingredients.
Sushi is perfect for getting the creative (and salivary!) juices flowing and we will not only be learning the secrets to cooking the perfect sushi rice, but experimenting with interesting flavours and combinations to truly delight the senses.
If you think that vegetarian sushi is just about cucumber and carrots – think again!

The Hands-On session will see us creating an assortment of all different styles of sushi and with a veritable feast of all delicacies prepared. Bring a friend and bring your own drinks!
