Join us at Ginger & Lime Food Studio on Saturday, 14 February from 10.30am to 2.30pm for a food experience you won’t forget.

Score big points with your loved one for discovering this hidden gem, where you will participate in the preparation and learn how to make the dishes, with plenty of bubbly to go with it.

Think RED food

  • Bruschetta topped with basil infused tomato and mozzarella
  • Beetroot cured Norwegian salmon with a citrus crème fraiche and a horseradish aioli
  • Tomato and Watermelon Gazpacho with a feta and mint crumble
  • 5 Spice Duck Breasts with a purple fig and plum glaze on spring onion pancakes
  • Tagliata of Beef served with a beetroot and pomegranate pickle
  • Pressed chocolate cake with crème fraiche and berries

Cost per course: R500 (incl a 6 course meal, all recipes and champagne and wine; (and what happens next……well, that we leave up to you!)
