- Bruschetta topped with basil infused tomato and mozzarella
- Beetroot cured Norwegian salmon with a citrus crème fraiche and a horseradish aioli
- Tomato and Watermelon Gazpacho with a feta and mint crumble
- 5 Spice Duck Breasts with a purple fig and plum glaze on spring onion pancakes
- Tagliata of Beef served with a beetroot and pomegranate pickle
- Pressed chocolate cake with crème fraiche and berries
