CSA steps up to the Plate at L’Ormarins

Recently listed as one of the world’s top five race days by The Telegraph in Great Britain – ranking it alongside the illustrious likes of the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe (Paris), Breeder’s Cup (California), Melbourne Cup and Dubai World Cup – LQP is one of South Africa’s premier horseracing events.

Since its inaugural presentation in honour of Queen Victoria in 1861, the race has become one of the Cape’s foremost calendar events, renowned for its unparalleled display of equestrian excellence, art, style and culture. In 2015, LQP will set the country’s finest thoroughbreds thundering down the turf in pursuit of the running of the coveted R1 million purse.
